Free for individual students or groups of students for 2 hours on a walk-in basis and subject to availability. Students can only access the meeting rooms once per person per day.
Conditions of hire
Commercial parties who hire City facilities must have $10 million public liability insurance coverage. Individuals and small community groups can apply to be covered under the City’s community engagement liability policy.

Booking requirements
Hirer must bring:
- laptop for presentations
- any catering and catering equipment required.
Exclusions and limitations
Tables cannot be moved. A student or group of students are unable to book a meeting room if they've already used a meeting room on the same day. The library is a non-alcoholic and non-smoking venue.
