The City of Sydney is undertaking maintenance and cleansing works of the stormwater pits at the intersection of Bridge Lane and Tank Stream Way from 11am to 5pm on Sunday 27 October 2013, weather permitting.

Improving local streets
The City of Sydney is undertaking maintenance and cleansing works of the stormwater pits at the intersection of Bridge Lane and Tank Stream Way from 11am to 5pm on Sunday 27 October 2013, weather permitting. The City's contractor SureSearch will be opening, cleaning and using CCTV cameras to inspect 3 stormwater pits in the laneways.
Traffic changes
Tank Stream Way from the Bridge Lane intersection through to Bridge Street will be closed to vehicle traffic and managed by traffic control. Access into Tank Stream Way from Pitt Street will remain, allowing vehicles to enter and exit the Wilson car park at 20 Bond Street. Local traffic access to Bridge Lane from Bridge Street will remain, allowing entry for service vehicles.
Pedestrians
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Noise
There may be some noise, lasting 1 to 2 hours when the stormwater pits are being cleaned.
