*Venue hire fees apply to the activation hours or the duration the client is deriving a commercial benefit from the use of the venue, whichever is longer at full rate. The bump-in/out duration for events is charged per hour dependent on the use of the space. The standard bump-in/out charge is 50% of the standard venue hire rate but may be a higher or lower percentage dependent on the event.
