NSW Government review: Blackwattle Bay
The City of Sydney is a member of the project review panel that will help assess the master plan for the redevelopment of Blackwattle Bay.

Consultation on the Blackwattle Bay Precinct Plans has now closed.
What we’re doing
The Blackwattle Bay precinct planning area includes approximately 8.4 hectares of land between Bank Street and Blackwattle Bay as well as the 23 hectares of water. It incorporates the new Sydney Fish Market site at the head of Blackwattle Bay.
Infrastructure NSW is responsible for the master planning of the site.
At the invitation of the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, the City of Sydney is a member of the project review panel that will help assess the master plan for the redevelopment of Blackwattle Bay.
