Just metres from bustling Oxford Street, our Foley Street spaces host a curated collection of independent designers and retailers. It's aimed at providing affordable workspaces for creatives.

Just metres from bustling Oxford Street, our Foley Street spaces host a curated collection of independent designers and retailers. 

We upgraded 5 shopfronts on Foley Street, Darlinghurst to help foster creative production in inner Sydney. We invited artists, creatives and community organisations to submit expressions of interest to occupy the spaces over 3-year leases.

The spaces provide tenants room to create, and showcase their wares and interact with the public. Tenants can also host community workshops, talks and events in their space.

The current tenants include Spunky Bruiser, Bermuda Black, Studio Enti and Australian Centre for Photography
