We own properties that can be used for short term tenancies for artists and creatives.
We own a number of properties, including retail and office space, across the inner-city area. From time to time these properties are empty for short periods between commercial tenancies or when repairs or upgrades to the buildings are required.
We like to make use of our empty properties. We believe it’s important for artists and creatives to have access to affordable space within the city. So we provide short term licences for periods of up to 12 months for creative projects. Opportunities are offered when spaces become available.
