Oxford Street creative spaces program
To ensure our much loved Oxford Street continues to thrive, we have been offering a range of underused spaces on the iconic strip to artists and creative practitioners.
We invited artists, creatives and community organisations to submit expressions of interest for occupation of office and retail spaces we own on lower Oxford Street and Foley Street.
We received an overwhelming response and followed with a competitive selection process. Thirteen office and retail spaces are now being used by a mix of commercial and non-profit creative organisations. These include groups working in design, film, transmedia, architecture, animation, co-working spaces and creative retail offerings.
