Bathurst Street spaces
We're building a new, state-of-the-art creative hub in what's set to be Sydney's tallest residential tower on Bathurst Street.
Mixed use creative hub in development
Spanning approximately 2,000m2 over 5 storeys, facilities will include:
- sound-proofed rooms for music rehearsals
- studios with sprung timber floors for dancers and actors
- media and editing suites for filmmakers and new media artists
- wet-dry studios for artists.
We have signed a 99 year lease on the creative hub through a voluntary planning agreement with Greenland Australia. We’re hoping this will be the first of many agreements leading to the inclusion of much-needed creative space in both new and existing developments across the city.
In addition to the hub, the 67-storey development will feature 490 residential apartments and ground-floor retail space.
We’re expecting to launch these new facilities in 2021.
